Visit Health is a pioneering health-tech platform, founded in 2016 by BITS Pilani alumni, dedicated to making healthcare accessible, affordable, and preventive. Originated as a telemedicine platform during the 2015 Swine Flu epidemic, Visit Health has grown into an all-in-one wellness ecosystem that connects doctors, insurers, and millions of Indian families. Founding Team

Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Provider Network team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and strategic partnerships with aggregators such as KayaCare, Lenskart, etc., with the objective of expanding Visit Health’s healthcare provider ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, approach, and onboard aggregator partners (telehealth, wellness, optical, diagnostics, etc.) to strengthen the provider network.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive B2B partnership growth via aggregator platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with aggregator partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, ops) to align offerings and ensure seamless onboarding and integration.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the aggregator and health-tech space.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets and KPIs related to network growth and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and performance reports to internal leadership.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in health-tech, aggregator platforms, or related B2B/B2B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of successful partnerships and sales closures with aggregators or digital health platforms.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider ecosystems and the aggregator business model.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
